My question is:
Will his lawyer, Thomas Mesereau, become the new Johnny Cochran? He is indeed a very strong personality with a unique look and a high repeat recognition. It would be a great marketing challenge to get him as public as Cochran. But he will never become the peoples’ voice. He seems to only get his hands on the “bad” guys, not the crying victims, but he is an unbelievable success in doing this. It is, for a lawyer of his standard, certainly an interesting point what cases to choose and which to pass up. A kind of risk management. On one hand, you need some cases which get public attention, on the other you have to choose the right side to win it. Take a look at his case record.
